In this release of BLOX Access Control, we are introducing Multivariate Testing within BLOX Audience+ and making a couple bug fixes.
FEATURES
Optimize BLOX Audience+ strategies with unparalleled precision and insight with Multivariate Testing!
We are thrilled to announce the release of a powerful new feature for our BLOX Audience+ platform: Multivariate Testing (Beta). This innovative tool empowers publishers to optimize BLOX Audience+ strategies with unparalleled precision and insight. (AC-187)
With Multivariate Testing, you can make informed decisions based on empirical evidence, rather than guesswork. By understanding what resonates with your audience, you can refine your BLOX Audience+ personalized paywalls to maximize subscription revenue.
What is Multivariate Testing?
Multivariate Testing enables simultaneous testing of up to 4 Offer Groups within BLOX Audience+. Multivariate Testing simultaneously tests multiple variations, whereas AB testing compares only two versions (A and B). That means you can experiment with variations of price, messaging, presentation of offers and even links to see which performs the best. BLOX Audience+ automatically calculates the conversions and conversion rate to show you which variants are performing the best.

BUGS
We have resolved an issue where the check access method was not returning the access rule name when access was granted. (AC-215)
In rare cases, subscribers and BLOX admins reported seeing the paywall while logged in due to an issue with the user endpoint. The anonymous user state was mistakenly cached as the logged-in state when an invalid login token, such as from a "remember me" session or forced logout, was passed. This caching could last for at least an hour, blocking access even after logging in and out. (AC-224)
This release also makes minor infrastructure changes that should not be noticeable to admin or front-end users.
